So, I started the game Coffee Talk today and I had this idea because I was immediately reminded of these two books. I haven’t read Legends & Lattes yet (except for the preview), but from all I’ve heard about it seems like a perfect fit.
These are all stories focused on characters and with a nice coffee shop atmosphere so it connected in my mind. Coffee Talk even has fantasy species like in Legends & Lattes. Before the Coffee gets Cold has a ghost and an element of time travel only.
Of course this works the other way around and if you like the books you might want to try the game. This is a short quiet one where you make beverages with coffee, tea, milk and chocolate and listen to the characters talk about their lives.

well, i noticed that if you run around in the snow, all the characters actually do leave footprints
for example: stelle, herta, and dan heng
BUT NOT SAMPO
im not going anywhere with this except to say that its such a cool little detail that they bothered to actually include. this game is pretty darn meticulous
